Women remain underrepresented in boardrooms and leadership roles. Bridging the Gap was a step towards addressing this disparity, fostering a more inclusive corporate culture, and ensuring that diverse voices contribute to governance and decision-making.
WEST is committed to continuing this dialogue and supporting women in their journey toward leadership. Stay tuned for updates on future events and initiatives aimed at empowering women for governance and decision-making roles.
